Beverly has a passion for real estate and it shows. She is a committed, hardworking, and experienced professional who has been selling real estate on Cape Cod since 1992. She has consistently earned the top position in her marketplace in Sandwich, Cape Cod, by staying abreast of local market conditions, advanced education, and high ethical standards. Past clients, attorneys, and business associates refer Beverly for her knowledge and experience. Beverly’s background as a paralegal in Boston and later as a manager of a real estate office has enhanced her skills in her industry. Designations include: (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist®, (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative®, (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist®, Relocation Specialist®, and (GRI) Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. Sandwich has been home for Beverly’s family since 1980. Beverly believes in giving back to the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, the Sandwich Chamber of Commerce, and the Sandwich Visitor Services Board. Beverly enjoys walking the beach, kayaking the tidal marsh, exploring with her grandchildren, and reading historical fiction.
